Leo Carmichael
Leo Carmichael got his start in Boston more than 30 years ago and then moved to the Roaring Fork Valley in 2000, where he is a principal and managing partner at Value Homes, LLC. He still maintains his roots in the Boston area as a consultant to Prime Interior Contractors Inc — where as president he turned a boot-strap organization into a multi-million-dollar, on-going business.
He founded Owner Resource Services LLC in November 2010 to provide a full-time project resource service to the Western Slope. “Architects and general contractors usually prefer to work with an owner representative because communication is more open and the entire project becomes more efficient. It saves everyone time and stress,” he says.
Leo’s expertise is in business development, program and project management, subcontractor network development, and construction process development. He specializes in high visibility projects, especially in non-disruptive renovation of high performance environments, new home development, client relationship management, and home renovations.
Additionally, Leo is a licensed real estate broker associate, and Unlimited B.E.S.T. Card Holder.
